Canoe Interest Group - Girl Scouts, Hornet's Nest Council
Are you a registered Girl Scout in Hornets' Nest Council who is interested in canoe classes, water safety classes, and paddling on local lakes and rivers? Or maybe a longer distance trip, such as paddling in the Minnesota and Canadian Boundary Waters or sea kayaking at the Outer Banks?
Join the Hornets' Nest Canoeing Interest Group. Cadette and Senior Girl Scouts and leaders or parents are welcome. This group is for both beginner and experienced paddlers, but you must be able to pass a swim test. Membership is automatic with your American Red Cross Fundamentals of Canoeing card.
